As part of theÌýExpanded Mathematics Access Program (EMAP), ¶¶Òõapp andÌýÌýwill be holding aÌý¶¶Òõappwide Tournament for MathematicsÌýfor students inÌýgrades 1-5.ÌýThe ¶¶Òõappwide Mathematics Tournament will include virtual regional contests and an in-person statewide event. The virtual regional contests will be held during school hours onÌýThursday, March 21, 2024. The statewide in-person event is scheduled to be held onÌýSaturday, June 1, 2024, at the ¶¶Òõapp University of New ¶¶Òõapp at Albany.Ìý

Every New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp student in grades 1-5 who is enrolled in the program is eligible to compete in the online Regional Contest.ÌýWinners of the 10 regional contests will advance to compete in the statewide event. TheÌýÌýprogram is free for all (public, BOCES, charter, religious, and independent) New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp schools and programs serving students in grades K-5.ÌýPlease see the ¶¶Òõappwide Mathematics Tournament 2024 flyer for additional information.
