Admissions and Academic Preparation

This report includes Fall admissions applicant, acceptance, and enrollment data for first-time full-time and part-time freshmen study by race/ethnicity in institutions in New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp. For students that enroll in full-time study, data is further broken down by High School GPA and SAT/ACT scores.​

Enough is Enough Aggregate Data Report

Aggregate data reported to ¶¶Òõapp by institutions of higher education concerning reports of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual assault.

Enrollment of College Students with Disabilities

Data includes counts of students who self-identified as having one or more disability, by the category and sub-category of their disability. The number of staff whose primary responsibilities includes supporting students with disabilities is also included. The count of students with a print disability was added as part of the 2017-18 collection.

Fall Degree-Credit Enrollment

This report includes fall degree credit enrollment counts reported by institutions of higher education in New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp.Ìý These data are broken out by year (back to 2010), County, Public and Private Institutions, Sector (SUNY, CUNY, Independent, Proprietary and Public-Special), 2-Year and 4-Year/Grad level, Full-Time and Part-Time status as well as undergraduates (both matriculated and non-matriculated), first-professionals, graduates, all students, first-time enrollees and Full-Time equivalents (FTE).

Starting with the Fall of 2021, Fall enrollment counts will now be broken out by gender and race/ethnicity for undergraduates full-time and part-time (both matriculated and non-matriculated), first-professionals and graduates, and high school students taking college courses for college credit. Also newly included are enrollment counts by distance education status.

Graduation

Graduation data broken out by degree type, year, institution, institution characteristics, and by various student group/subgroup information.

Graduation rates by sector broken out by various student categories (transfer students, first-time students, students with disabilities, HS credential, level of academic preparation, race/ethnicity, and Opportunity Program entrants also broken out further by students with disabilities and race/ethnicity), for those students earning a degree through the spring of the Data Year at the institution they first entered.

Institutional Activity

The Institutional Activity report includesÌýAcademic Year activity levels for all student types (including high school students, first-time undergraduates, all undergraduates, graduate level students and first-professional students) and Fall Activity degree credit hours and pre-college contact hours for all undergraduates and degree work credit hours for graduate level and first-professional students.Ìý For first-time undergraduates, degree work credit hours are broken down by a mix of coursework taken (college level and/or developmental/remedial).Ìý Also, first-time undergraduate work is reported by course enrollment, pre-college work contact hours and the number of successful completions by subject area.

Retention

The number of degree-seeking students entering Associate or Bachelor’s programs in the Fall of the previous year and continue to be enrolled at the same institution, for the Fall of the current year.

Residence and Migration of CollegeÌýStudents

This report includes counts of students by County of permanent residence in New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp, Out-of-¶¶Òõapp, Foreign or Unknown for full-time and part-time students at the Undergraduate, First-time Undergraduate, First-Professional or Graduate Student level. This data is collected bi-yearly (every other year).

Student Financial Aid

This report provides dollar amounts and number of recipients of grant, loan, and work study/assistantship funding for undergraduates and graduates in New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp by year, sector, level, aid type, and institution.

Transfer Student Enrollment

This report includes Fall degree credit enrollment counts of full-time undergraduate transfer students, reported by Institutions of Higher Education in New ¶¶Òõapp ¶¶Òõapp. The report includes data by year (back to 2011 and reported on a biennial basis), county, school type (public or private), school level (2-Year or 4-Year/Grad), and sector (SUNY, CUNY, Independent, or Proprietary).

Students are reported based on the type of institution from which they transferred, either 2-Year (transferring with or without a degree), or 4-Year/Grad level, and either public, independent, or proprietary, transferring from inside or outside NYS, and all other sources. Data are broken down further by whether they are entering as a Freshman / Sophomore / Associate Degree or as a Junior / Senior / Graduate.
